Primary research - RESULTS
THE SHAWL
Responses: 10
Questions: 8
The age results do not meet my target market ages, but that is because I sent this questionnaire to college students.
The responses were made mainly my females with 70%
Most of the audience like accessories and use them on a daily basis.
Most of the audience prefer to use kerchiefes around the head. These responses helped me to understand how I will use the shawl/kierchief in the final photos to show my 3D piece. Although I will use it as a shawl to, showing other ways to use it.
These responses left me relieved because I had a doubt in what people thought about embroidering and if they agree that this could be modern.
This was also an important question because floral patterns are a trend since a large number of years ago. However, I realized that no matter how much people are sick of floral patterns, they always buy them, otherwise floral patterns would never be a trend. In my opinion, this is due to the fact that floral patterns are very versatile and you can make endless different patterns.
I can see that people like all types of accessories, however they still love scarves and shawls, and that's what I wanted to know at this stage.
Could have had a piece of text that outlined what you were trying to find out in this survey at the beginning of this post. Otherwise, you have some interesting results here - regarding the floral patterns, they are still popular because they have an appeal across demographics. Therefore your chosen group to ask about that might not look to buy this particular product, but it could appeal to other demographics. There is also a thought about the kind of floral pattern that you would include, one that is more likely to appeal to your demographic.
