Considering my work in the real world

What influence could your project have in the real world?

Many artists already had a real world influence. In my project's case, the final piece will be an embroidered shawl, and in my opinion, embroidering is a beautiful art, maybe I can influence others to start doing it more often. It is beautiful and therapeutic.

Will your project show a point of view or show something that might make people think differently?

Embroidering is a very old art, and with my project, maybe we can recycle those old arts and adapt them to the present.

How else does your work have influences?

I will only be able to influence my audience in terms of style. It can be an example of work or an inspiration for others since it is a completed project with many elements.

Why is it important?

Embroidering is a very complete and complex art. It has many techniques and ways of making. It is also a good option to avoid digital print on clothes. We can make old art look modern.

Example of artist:

BANKSY

Banksy is an artist example that have influenced his audience in a certain way. Besides, I think he is having a huge impact in a way that he can really make people think differently in terms of politics and society issues. Also, no one knows who is he, he is an anonymous artist. Below I will demonstrate you a Banksey's piece that right after being sold for £1.4 million at an auction, was self destruct because of the artist itself. Banksey is a particular and unusual artist because he just criticize the society through their pieces.
