Research INTO my major Project

My major project will be a fashion editorial which has the concept of DENIM. 

So, first I wanted to make the history of this fabric known and for that, I will research about the history of denim, and I know that this fabric has an incredible history behind it. I will also research well known brands that work mainly with denim and also those brands had interesting ideas on how to style this fabric. Also brands, such as Levi's, Salsa and  Calvin Klein that already have done fashion editorials with denim.

I will consider doing a research into my major project focused on the evolution of denim in the fahion world and also in everyday life, also a little bit of research on the compositions that denim usually has. 

Research THROUGH my major project

 I will be researching and trying a few softwares to do my major project. 

As I am going to do a fashion editorial using photographs and texts, I will probably try using magazine templates using, for example Flipsnack, creating then a flipbook with a magazine asthetic. I will research another softwares such as Lucidpress (for more magazine templates) and Yumpu (to create flipbook)

Research FOR my major project

For the fashion area, I will be looking for another fashion stylings work using mainly denim. It is important to see how other professionals work with this fabric and also with the colors that denim can have. 

This research plan will help me to discover other ways to research so that I can perform my major project the best I can.
