Introduction

Hello,

My name is Bruna, I was born and raised in Portugal and I'm a 17 year old student from De Montfort University. I'm currently taking the foundation year in Arts and design.

I have taken a Fashion Design course in secondary so I am a fashion lover since a few years ago. For my college experience, I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and choose a more specific course but still in the fashion area. So, after the foundation year I will do fashion communication and styling.

I'm creating this blog to share with you some inspirations, fashion icons, etc.

This is a portuguese fashion designer collection called "FLOURISH". I've had the opportunity to attend this catwalk in one of the editions of Lisbon Fashion Week in Portugal and I wanted to share it with you because this wasn't a normal fashion show, it was more than that. A show joining dance with fashion as you can see on the video. The models walk the catwalk slowly, while a dancer projects a magnetic powder onto the pieces, creating a flower effect and transforming them into totally different pieces.

"Of being, to not fitting your own skin.

The invisible Ego is unveiled by the dance that poetically turns ashes into flowers.

Flowers as sexual representation that reveal the state of soul and identity." Olga Noronha

  1. Good introduction and some research you need to add references at the bottom as to where you sourced your information. You also need to add the source url underneath each of your images.
